不知是你看错了，还是吕老写错了。原句源于英国著名小说家A.Bennett的作品，原句为：... he could scarcely restrain the blush of the evildoer. And him sixty! 这是两句话，后句可以看作省略句，不是独立结构。英语中的Me too！你应该了解吧？这就是宾格代词做主语。
